This policy applies to everyone who uses Right Hand: owners, office staff, crew members, and anyone using our API. It is part of the Terms of Service. Right Hand is operated by Revive Flow LLC, doing business as Right Hand.
Short version: use Right Hand to run an honest home-service business. Don't break the law, don't spam, don't spy on people, don't attack the system, and don't use Mike to deceive anyone.
1. Don't break the law or hurt people
Don't use Right Hand to:
- break any law or regulation, including consumer protection, privacy, employment, wiretap, telemarketing, and anti-discrimination laws
- defraud, deceive, or scam anyone. That includes fake invoices, bait-and-switch pricing, or charging for work not done.
- harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate anyone
- discriminate against anyone illegally in who you serve, hire, or how you price
- infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights (see our Copyright Policy (DMCA))
- collect payments for anything illegal, or for a business other than your own
2. Messages, calls, and email
Don't:
- text, call, or email anyone without the consent the law requires (see the Messaging and Calls Terms)
- buy, rent, scrape, or share phone or email lists
- keep contacting someone who opted out
- spoof caller ID, hide who you are, or send messages that pretend to be someone else
- use public link shorteners, or try to evade carrier filters (misspelled words, number rotation, "snowshoeing" across many numbers)
- send content about cannabis, illegal drugs, firearms, tobacco or vaping, adult content, hate, gambling, debt collection, payday or high-risk loans, or lead selling, or anything else carriers ban
- record a call without the notice and consent the law requires, or turn off Mike's recording disclosure without legal advice
- use Right Hand to place robocalls or AI calls the law forbids
3. Mike and AI Features
Don't:
- make Mike claim to be a human, or deny being an AI when someone sincerely asks
- make Mike pretend to be a specific real person, or clone anyone's voice without their written permission
- use AI Features to produce content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or deceptive
- send AI-written quotes, contracts, or legal, safety, or engineering statements without a person reviewing them
- use AI Features to make decisions about someone's job, credit, housing, or insurance without meaningful human review
- try to get around AI safety limits, or extract the system's prompts or underlying models
- use AI Features in a way that breaks the usage policies of our AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, ElevenLabs), for example to create malware, deceptive impersonation, or content that sexualizes minors
- have Mike collect full card numbers, bank numbers, Social Security numbers, or health information by voice or text
- use a custom voice without the written consent described on the AI and Mike page
4. People's data, employees, and location
Don't:
- track an employee's location, record them, or monitor them without the notice and consent the law requires
- track anyone outside working hours where the law forbids it, or track anyone who isn't your employee or contractor without their consent
- store data you aren't allowed to have, or use client data for a purpose your clients didn't expect and the law doesn't allow
- store Social Security numbers, full card or bank numbers, passwords for other services, or medical records outside fields built for them
- add children under 18 as Users, or collect children's data
- look up, export, or share data about people for reasons unrelated to your business with them
5. Security and fair use
Don't:
- access another company's data, or try to
- probe, scan, or test our security, unless you follow our security-report rules (see Support → Security)
- upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
- overload the Service, get around rate limits, or use bots or scrapers outside our published API
- share logins, or create extra accounts to get around plan limits, free trials, or pricing
- copy, resell, or white-label Right Hand without a written agreement with us
- reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product
- interfere with other customers' use of the Service
6. Reporting and enforcement
Reporting: report abuse to support@righthandcrm.com with "Abuse" in the subject. Report security problems as described on the Support page.
Enforcement: if we believe this policy is being broken, we may:
- remove content
- pause messaging or calling
- suspend a User or the account
- end the subscription
- report it to carriers, Stripe, or the authorities
We will usually warn you first and give you a chance to fix it. We may act right away if the problem is serious, illegal, or threatens other customers, our phone and texting registrations, or the Service. See Sections 14 and 15 of the Terms.
We may update this policy. Material changes follow the notice rules in the Terms.
