The short version: don't put other people's photos, logos, text or designs in Right Hand unless you have the right to. If you think something on Right Hand infringes your copyright, send us a notice with the details below. We'll take it down and tell the person who posted it, who can respond. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.
Right Hand is operated by Revive Flow LLC, doing business as Right Hand ("we"). We respect intellectual property rights and follow the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. 512. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Where this applies
Companies that use Right Hand can upload and publish material: photos of their work, logos, quote and proposal content, client portal pages, documents and templates. Some of that can be seen by their clients or the public. If any of it infringes your copyright, this policy tells you how to get it removed.
2. How to send a notice (takedown)
Send a written notice to our designated copyright agent (Section 5) that includes all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of the person authorized to act for the copyright owner).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed (or a list, if there are several).
- Identification of the material you say is infringing, and enough information for us to find it, such as the link to the quote, portal page or file.
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
Incomplete notices may not be acted on. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. 512(f)). If you are unsure whether something infringes, talk to a lawyer first.
3. What we do
When we get a complete notice, we will:
- remove or disable access to the material promptly
- tell the company whose account it came from, and send them a copy of the notice (we may remove personal contact details where the law allows)
- keep a record of the notice
4. Counter-notice (if your material was removed)
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send our agent a counter-notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the US, any judicial district where we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.
When we receive a valid counter-notice, we send a copy to the person who sent the original notice. We restore the material in 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice, unless that person tells us they have filed a court action to stop the infringement.
5. Our copyright agent
- Designated agent: AGENT NAME, Revive Flow LLC, doing business as Right Hand
- Address: ADDRESS
- Email: legal@righthandcrm.com (subject: "DMCA notice")

Our agent is registered with the US Copyright Office's DMCA designated agent directory.
6. Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or end the accounts of companies or users who repeatedly infringe others' copyrights.
7. Other intellectual property
For trademark complaints (for example, someone using your business name or logo) or other concerns, email legal@righthandcrm.com with the details. These aren't covered by the DMCA process, but we review each one.
