For homeowners and other clients of companies that use Right Hand.
The company you hired sent you this link. Your deal is with that company, not with Right Hand. Its prices, work, warranties and refund policy are its own.
Right Hand is the software the company uses to send quotes, invoices, a client page ("portal"), texts and payment links.
- Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe. Right Hand never sees or stores your full card or bank number.
- Your information belongs to the company. We handle it for them, keep it secure, and never sell it.
- Questions about your job, price or bill? Ask the company. Problems with the page itself? Email support@righthandcrm.com.
These terms apply when you open a quote, invoice, client portal, booking, document or payment page that a company ("the Company") sends you through Right Hand, or when you text, call or talk with the Company's assistant, Mike. Right Hand is operated by Revive Flow LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Right Hand ("Right Hand," "we," "us"). By using these pages you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, contact the Company to do business another way.
1. Who does what
- The Company is the business you are dealing with. It sets prices, writes quotes and contracts, does the work, sends you messages, decides refunds, and is responsible for its products, services, warranties and promises. Any contract for the work is between you and the Company.
- Right Hand provides the technology. We aren't a party to your agreement with the Company, we don't do or guarantee the work, and we don't set prices or decide disputes between you and the Company.
- Stripe processes card and bank payments (Section 4).
2. Your links and portal
- Quote, invoice and portal links are private to you. Anyone who has the link may be able to open it, so don't forward it or post it publicly. If you think someone else has your link, ask the Company to send a new one.
- Your portal can show your quotes, jobs, visits, invoices, payments, documents and messages with the Company.
- The Company can turn the portal off or end a link at any time.
- Don't try to reach anyone else's information, interfere with the pages, or use them for anything illegal.
3. Approving quotes and signing electronically
3.1 Consent to do business electronically. When you approve a quote, sign an agreement or change order, or accept terms on a Right Hand page, you agree to do so electronically, and you agree that your electronic approval or signature is as binding as signing on paper. Under the federal E-SIGN Act, you have these rights:
- Paper copies: you may ask the Company for a paper copy of any document you signed electronically, at no charge.
- Withdrawing consent: you may stop doing business electronically by telling the Company. That doesn't undo anything you already signed; the Company will send future documents on paper or another way.
- What you need: a device with a current web browser and an internet connection, and an email address or mobile number to receive links. You can save or print documents from the page.
- Keeping your contact details current: tell the Company if your email or phone number changes.
3.2 What gets recorded. When you approve or sign, Right Hand records your name, the time, your device's IP address and browser, and the exact document version, so that you and the Company both have proof of what was agreed.
3.3 Read before you sign. Quotes and contracts are written by the Company, sometimes with help from AI tools. If anything is unclear or looks wrong, ask the Company before approving.
4. Payments
4.1 Stripe processes your payment. Card and bank (ACH) payments made through Right Hand pages are processed by Stripe, Inc. for the Company. You type your card or bank details into Stripe's secure fields. Right Hand never receives or stores your full card number, security code or bank account number. Right Hand keeps only the amount, date, status, card brand or bank name, and the last four digits, so the Company can show your payment history. Stripe's use of your information is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
4.2 What you pay. You pay the amount the Company shows. Any card fee or surcharge must be shown to you by the Company before you pay, and is the Company's responsibility to set lawfully. Taxes are the Company's to calculate.
4.3 Paying by card. By paying, you authorize the Company to charge your card for the amount shown.
4.4 Paying by bank (ACH). When you pay from a bank account, the page shows an authorization like the one below right next to the Pay button, and you must agree to it before paying:
One-time bank payment. By clicking "Pay $[amount]," I authorize [Company] and its payment processor, Stripe, to electronically debit my [checking/savings] account ending in [last 4] for $[amount] on or after [date], and, if needed, to electronically credit my account to correct an error. I confirm I am an authorized user of this account. I understand this payment follows US law and Nacha rules, that if it is returned unpaid [Company] may try again and may charge a returned-payment fee where the law allows, and that I can save or print this authorization. A confirmation will be sent to [email].
Automatic or saved bank payments. By clicking "Save and authorize," I authorize [Company] and its payment processor, Stripe, to electronically debit my [checking/savings] account ending in [last 4] [for each invoice [Company] sends me under autopay / for $[amount] every [frequency] starting [date]], and to credit my account to correct errors. This authorization stays in effect until I cancel it by telling [Company] at [contact], or by turning off autopay in my client portal, at least 3 business days before a scheduled payment. [Company] will tell me at least 10 days ahead if an amount or date changes from what is described here. I can save or print this authorization.
The Company and Stripe keep a record of your authorization for at least 2 years after it ends, as Nacha rules require. Your bank may also let you dispute an unauthorized debit; contact the Company first if you can.
4.5 Saved cards and autopay. If you choose to save a card or turn on autopay, you authorize the Company to charge that card for the payments described when you saved it (for example, each invoice when it is issued, or a set amount on a schedule) until you turn it off in your portal or tell the Company. The Company will send a receipt for every charge.
4.6 Refunds and disputes. Refunds, credits, deposits and cancellations follow the Company's policy. Ask the Company first. If you dispute a charge with your card company or bank, the Company handles the dispute. Right Hand can't reverse payments.
5. Your information
- The Company controls your information. Right Hand stores and processes it for the Company, on its instructions, under our Privacy Policy and our agreement with the Company. The Company's own privacy notice also applies.
- What may be stored: your name, contact details, property address and notes, photos of the property, quotes, jobs, invoices, payments (no full card or bank numbers), messages, call recordings and transcripts, and portal activity such as when you opened a quote.
- We don't sell your information, don't use it for targeted advertising, and never share your mobile number or text consent with anyone for their marketing.
- Requests: to see, correct or delete your information, ask the Company. You can also email privacy@righthandcrm.com and we will pass your request to the Company and help it answer.
- Cookies: these pages use only essential cookies (and Stripe's on payment pages). See our Cookie Notice.
6. Texts, calls and Mike
- The Company may text you about your requests, visits, quotes and invoices, and, only with your separate written consent, offers. Reply STOP to stop texts, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Details are in our Messaging and Calls Terms.
- When you call the Company, you may talk with Mike, the Company's AI assistant. Mike says it is an AI at the start of the call, and calls with Mike are recorded and transcribed. You can always ask for a person to call you back instead. See AI and Mike.
- Mike is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.
7. Disclaimers and limits
- Right Hand provides these pages "as is" and "as available." We work to keep them secure and running, but we don't promise they will always be available or error-free.
- We are not responsible for the Company's work, prices, quotes, contracts, warranties, conduct, refunds or messages. Claims about those are between you and the Company.
- To the fullest extent the law allows, Right Hand is not liable to you for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you for any claim about these pages is limited to $100. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
8. General
- Law: Florida law governs these terms, except where the law of your state must apply.
- Changes: we may update these terms. The version and date at the top show which applies. Changes don't affect a payment authorization or signature you already gave.
- Accessibility: if you can't use these pages, ask the Company for the same information another way, or see our Accessibility page.
